Job scope varies widely
There's no single number that covers commercial work, because a torsion spring swap on a single 10-foot rollup and a full track-and-opener replacement on a three-door bay aren't the same job. What actually drives the cost is the door's age and gauge, whether the opener is a chain-driven commercial unit or a lighter residential-grade motor someone installed to save money, and whether the track is standard or the low-headroom kind found in older strip retail buildings.
